Refund policy

Welcome to Glawrecipe (glawrecipe.lol). We are dedicated to providing you with premium skincare products, including Glow Recipe Avocado Ceramide Moisture Barrier Cleanser, Avocado Ceramide Recovery Serum, Banana Souffle Moisture Cream, curated skincare kits (such as the 3-Step Fresh Face Routine and Best of Dew & Hues Kit), and branded apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with refunds and returns.

1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your skincare items must be unused, unopened (with original packaging seals intact), and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that for skin health and hygiene reasons, opened, tested, or used skincare products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed product defect. For apparel items, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@glawrecipe.lol with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and our return address: 1303 N Lynnbrook Dr, Arlington, VA 22201.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
